Sinbad: It's Just Family...The New Cosby Show In Reality?
60
After watching Sinbad's new reality show on Tuesday evening it was apparent that Sinbad had not lost his touch as the funny man he had always been. Now he's back and he has brought his family with him with a real look at his relationship with his now adult children, the rebirth of his marriage, his family's new living situation, and the financial conditions that brought them all back together under one roof. Sinbad and his wife Meredith are very open and honest about the differences they share in their views on what's important and what's not, as far as what they are willing to be strict on. Nonetheless, it is clear that they do agree on the importance of family. Even though they have their differences they share that it is their undeniable love for one another and commitment to the truth that brought them back together after 10-years of divorce. In the clip below watch as Sinbad and his wife Meredith take turns giving their very expressive daughter Paige relationship advice. With Paige's Vanessa Huxtable like emotional personality, Sinbad's Dr. Huxtable like humorous and exaggerated advice, Meredith's Claire Huxtable like smile, love, and laughter concerning her children, and Royce's Theo Huxtable like laid back character you might wonder...Is this the new Cosby show in reality television? This is just the first episode, so time will only tell how similar this family is to the Huxtables. One thing about it is that Sinbad's family is just like any other family going through normal things that families go through. What makes his family unique is their approach to it all. With Sinbad being a good raconteur like that of Bill Cosby he brings a similar element that 'The Cosby Show' carries, having not only a joke to share, but also a relatable yet funny picture they paint with words from their mouth. Sinbad's family allows others to see how they can make it through and laugh too even when they're frustrated and in disagreement. Make sure to watch 'Sinbad: It's Just Family' every Tuesday evening on We TV at 10:00pm PT.
